Are there ethical considerations to consider when implementing our views of happiness on others?

For example, how can we determine for another what will make them happy? Are we discussing long term or short term happiness? Cant they go back to where they were?If we can make them happy what steps can we take to make that happen? Or is it that we simply contribute to anothers happiness?Does our happiness impact the world? Or how can our happiness impact the world? Here is a new video by Adam Grant: “Give and Take” and what he said about the mind and going first as an Intelligent Giver (Maintain Your Shape).
Please include something from his video in your paper.
Here is the Link:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-egUK2zaZloOr how about these related issues to the topic: Should we be dictating what will make another happy at all or is it just our own views of happiness that we are pursuing? Are we really trying to help? What does it mean to help? And equally importantly who is helping who? Where does anothers joy come into the equation or does it?
Are there ethical considerations to consider when implementing our views of happiness on others?
