Active leadership seeks to involve staff in the challenges facing a group and gives them a role in solving those challenges:Explain

A reflective leadership is characterized by three skills: self-awareness, careful observation, and flexible response. It is [our] skill in connecting with others, guiding and mentoring them, that makes good numbers a natural outgrowth of good relationships (Zero to Three, 2019, pp 1). Leaders that practice reflective leadership possess qualities of an effective leader ( such as communicating a shared vision, confident, facilitates and compromises, involves staff using a team-based approach, provides support and encouragement, etc.) and being able to reflect on their ways, improve upon to make our relationships to make goals achievable. On the other hand, active leadership seeks to involve staff in the challenges facing a group and gives them a role in solving those challenges. An active leader sets the goals, mentors staff and sets them loose to tackle the issues. It involves open and honest communication. They are out and about, conversing with people. Active leadership provides an environment that encourages and motivates employees to do their best work.I most identify with being an active leader because I often help others seek out goals.
